On the edge of Wrangell-St. Elias National Park and Preserve, this modern seasonal lodge (open May-September) sits 2.6 miles from Copper Center, near the intersection of the Klutina and Copper Rivers. Casual rooms with either mountain or forest views all feature cable TV, coffeemakers and ceiling fans. The main lodge has free WiFi, hot tubs and on-site dining options that include an espresso bar, a lounge and a 2-level restaurant serving upscale Alaskan fare. A tour desk offers bookings for excursions and activities. Shuttle service is available between the lodge and the Wrangell-St. Elias Park Visitor Center.
