Set amid acres of forest, this casual, ranch-style resort in the Laramie Mountains is 5.5 miles from the village center and 7 miles from the Red Feather Historical Society’s Robinson Cabin Museum. Rustic lodge rooms feature satellite TV, minifridges, minifridges and coffeemakers; there are no phones. Upgraded rooms add fireplaces and scenic views. Quaint cottages have fire pits and picnic tables, while condos add kitchens and decks. Spartan cabins also are available. Parking is free. A pub-style restaurant in a 1940s log cabin serves brick oven-fired pizzas. Other amenities include a snow-tube park, an ice rink and cross-country ski trails.
