On wooded grounds overlooking Mantrap Lake, this low-key, seasonal resort is 15 miles from downtown Park Rapids and 23.2 miles from Itasca State Park. Cozy log cabins come with pine interiors and full kitchens. Most have screened-in porches facing the lake. The main lodge houses a game room and gift shop. There's also a heated pool and hot tub. Other amenities include a beach, swimming dock, fish cleaning house and free use of bikes, kayaks and canoes.
