Circa-1900 lodge featuring historic rooms or modern cabins. plus 2 natural hot-spring pools. Part spa, part dude ranch, this historic, refined resort is set in Paradise Valley, 44.3 miles north of Yellowstone National Park. Most of the antiques-filled rooms in the 1900 white-clapboard lodge have shared bathrooms, but rooms with private bathrooms are the norm in 2 additional lodges and the free-standing rustic log cabins, newer cabins, cottages and chalets. There are 2 natural hot spring-fed pools. Other amenities include a day spa, trail rides, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing tours, white-water rafting and dog sled trips, all of which involve additional fees, plus on-site formal and casual dining.
